POSTAL PICK UP APPLICATION

           

           

 1. Fill out the “Postal Pick Up” checklist provided in the page below.

           

 2. The checklist is your guide to prepare your documents and payments. The checklist must be filled up, signed, and attached along with the complete applications.

           

 3. When the Visa forms have been filled and signed and all the recommended documents have been completed and ready to be picked up, you are required to send a confirmation email with a title “Postal Pick Up Confirmation for {Main Applicant’s name}” to info.diacid@vfshelpline.com.
The confirmation email states that you wish for your Visa application to be picked up. Please provide the complete address, name of the applicants, passport numbers, contact numbers (preferably more than 1 option) and below checklist along with the scanned copies of the prove of payments attached to the email. Due to the high call volume through our Helpline (Call Centre), we highly recommend you to inform us via e-mail.

We advise you not to send the confirmation email if the forms and documents are not yet ready for the pick up. We would appreciate it if you send the email to AVAC only after you have completed the required documents and payment. This would help us to avoid unnecessary delays in the process. If you need to cancel or postpone your pick up request after the confirmation email has been sent, please send us a notification via email immediately.

           

 4. Postal Pick Up Package payments can be in a combination of money order (wesel PRIMA), and or Bank Transfer, and or Tax Invoice (Tax Invoice is especially for VISA Application Charges paid for in Australia).

           

           

 5.    Payment in the form of Money Order (Wesel PRIMA)

Accepted Money Order is Wesel PRIMA only, not wesel instan.
Please be advised that this service is available only for application received by AVAC via post.
Shortage of payment will cause delay in visa processing time.

 6.    Payment in the form of Bank Transfer.

Mention the applicant’s name, passport number and type of visa on the Transfer Slip and kindly make sure that the payment is in IDR only, with the correct amount.

Shortage of payment will cause delay in visa processing time.

If you are transferring the money from a Bank out side of Indonesia, kindly email us to info.diacid@vfshelpline.com to get the SWIFT code number. After completing the transfer, include the copy of Transfer Slip in the application package.

           

Please be advised that this service is available only for application received by AVAC via post.

 7.  The original passport(s) need to be enclosed in this package. If you need to use your passport in your travel to other countries while your Australian Visa application is being processed, you do not need to enclose your original passport in the package. Please provide the copy of passport’s bio page which bears the passport holder’s data and other passport endorsement pages in your application package. These passport copies are sufficient enough as temporary documents to replace the original one. Kindly send the original passport to our office once you are back from your travel.

           

 8. Kindly make sure that the form(s) are filled out properly and signed on the correct box, and that the documents are completed, ready for the pick up. Please also make sure that your contact number(s) are available should the courier needs to make a necessary confirmation prior to the document pick up.

           

 9. Documents will be picked up by courier the fastest 1 day after your date of confirmation to AVAC.

           

10. You do not need to hand over the documents in person to the courier; you may point your own trusted representative to do so.
Please note that you would not need to make any payments to the courier who comes to pick up your documents, as the necessary payment would only be made directly to AVAC.

           

11. You or your representative is required to fill out an Air Way Bill (AWB) provided by the courier. Address your package to AVAC’s office address which is provided in the checklist below. The documents should be addressed to:

12. Kindly be advised that paid fees for logistic, courier pick up and pass back, and any other additional service fees are considered as a confirmed transaction once the Visa applications have entered the processing stage. These paid fees are non refundable if the Visa application is refused, withdrawn, and or if the service is cancelled by the applicant.
