Please be advised that an amount of 160,000 IDR per passport is levied as a Logistic Fee, over and above the Visa Fee.       

A formal receipt will be generated for every completed transaction.

Visa, Logistic and other optional service fees paid over our counter can be made in:
1. Cash;
2. Credit card with additional 3% Merchant Fee payable at AVAC counter;You are required to bring the credit card to our office for the physical transaction;
3. Debit Card which bears “ALTO” and “ATM Bersama” logo. You are required to bring the debit card to our office for the physical transaction;
4. Bank cheques (ONLY for Travel Agents with prior confirmation ) payable to The Australian Embassy, Jakarta.



Terms and condition:
Kindly be informed that Logistic fee and other additional service fees are not refundable if the Visa application is rejected or withdrawn.
